Lenox Glass & Door was created in 1996 by Carl Tiernan. Carl began his career in glass with Tom O’Brien of Martino Glass, and through hard work, grit, and determination, started his own successful glass company serving South County and the surrounding Berkshire County. With a can do attitude and the decision to go above and beyond for every customer, Carl built Lenox Glass into one of the most well respected glass companies in Berkshire County.

In 2021 Carl decided to slowly make his way into retirement, selling the business to Tom & Ashley Shepardson. In the Summer of 2024, it was time for a ground up refresh of the business including an office makeover, and recommitting to what made Lenox so successful to begin with, prompt service, fair prices, and excellent communication that goes hand and hand with excellent craftsmanship. With Erik as our lead, Ilene in the office, Chris in the field and side by side with Erik, and Pearl handling AR & AP, we continue to provide the quality you have come to expect from Lenox Glass & Door.
